RushNet Inc. (www.enjoytherush.com) is sensitive to consumer concerns with regard to how the information that you provide to us is used and shared. By visiting www.enjoytherush.com you are accepting the practices described below.
Order Form
Our on-line order form collects information that is necessary to process and service your order. This includes contact information, payment information, and shipping information.
We use the information that you provide to service your order and to bill you for the products and services which you have ordered.
We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, communicate with you and to improve your shopping experience.
Email
We provide email replies to orders placed on our site. If you do not wish to receive an emailed order confirmation you must advise us of this and we will accommodate that request.
Personal Information
We are not in the business of selling consumer information. However, we may from time to time share information with our product manufacturers, companies with whom we have established selling alliances or agents that perform services on our behalf. See our PRIVACY POLICY for further information.
Your IP address
We use your internet protocol address to help identify your shopping cart and to administer our web site.
Customer numbers
As you add items to your shopping cart; you are assigned a temporary customer number. This temporary number allows you to move in and out of the shopping cart without placing an order.
When you complete an order, a final customer number is assigned. You may then use this number to check your account status through our web site or by telephone with any of our Customer Service Representatives.
Cookies
We receive and store “cookies” and other information whenever you interact with us. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart.
PAYMENT
Payment for on-line orders may be made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa or Pay Pal credit or debit cards. Credit card charges will not be incurred until the shipment of the product. You will see the charge for your order on your credit card statement with our company name, RushNet Inc.
We do not accept payment made by money order or check.
SHIPPING
Your web order for delivery to the 48 contiguous US states will be sent by UPS Ground Delivery or DHL. UPS & DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address and a valid phone number.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii addresses, Canada, Mexico or other international addresses. Our number is 1-708-389-65525 in the US and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery zip code.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
RushNet Inc. is able to bring you a full line of products from the manufacturers with which we work. RushNet, Inc stocks in our warehouse only the fastest selling items. We strive to ship these stocked items within three business days after you place your order. Delivery time is approximately five to eight business days after shipment.
From time to time RushNet will offer specialty items with limited stock; in order to supply you with these types of products they may be available only by Special Order. This means that we get the product from the manufacturer only after you place your order. Delivery for these special order items may take approximately six to eight weeks for delivery, but depending on our order cycle may take longer. You will not be charged for the product until it ships from our warehouse.
RETURNS
Beverage and Supplement Products
RushNet Inc. will compensate our consumers for any or Beverage and Supplement item that is damaged or defective. At the choice of the company, RushNet will send a no-cost replacement shipment by regular ground transportation or will credit the purchase price of the damaged or defective product plus a portion of the shipping cost by the same method as the original payment. The consumer must call our Customer Service department within five business days of delivery to make a claim for damaged or defective items. Damaged or defective items should not be physically returned to RushNet, Inc. unless the company requests it.
All Other Products
RushNet, Inc. will accept returns of unopened packages of non-beverage, non-supplement items. Please call for a Return Authorization Number before shipping your package. The return items must arrive at RushNet Inc within 45 days of the invoice date. Items must be in resalable condition. After the returned items are received and processed by our Returns Center, the consumer will be credited for the cost of the product and sales tax (if applicable) by the same method as the original payment. Shipping charges are generally not refundable.
Special Orders
Some of RushNet Inc’s items my be specially ordered for you. These special orders can be cancelled with in 72 hours. If the consumer would like to cancel after the 72 hours they may do so with a restocking charge of 50% of sale, if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped and the consumer would like to return the item the consumer will be responsible for the cost of the return. The consumer will also incur the 50% of the sale plus the shipping costs.
Disputed Credit Card Policy
If paying by credit card and consumer disputes claim for no fault of RushNet Inc., RushNet Inc. will add a $20 chargeback fee when reprocessing the credit card. The $20 is a fee that is charged to RushNet Inc. by the processing bank. |
